Services.
The MVP plan delivers one product on one platform over four weekly sprints, to a scope agreed in writing at the kickoff call.
Payments.
Payments are processed by Contra. The MVP is a one-time $3,299 payment, paid in full in advance.
Refunds.

Your materials.
You keep all rights to the ideas, content and materials you give us. You confirm you have the right to share them.
Ownership of work.
Once paid, you own the code, designs and other deliverables we create for you. Accounts and app store listings are set up in your name.
Third-party services.
Your product may use services such as hosting, app stores or APIs. Their fees and terms are yours.
Confidentiality.
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver the services.
App store review.
Apple and Google decide whether to approve apps. We submit and respond to their feedback, but we can't guarantee approval or timing.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Changes.
We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page.
