MVP.
If we can't agree on an MVP scope at your kickoff call, we refund your payment in full. Once the agreed scope is signed off and work starts, payments are non-refundable.
How to ask.
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Refunds are issued through Contra, usually within 5 business days.
